Purpose of the School Board
The Southeast Christian School Board provides governance and strategic oversight to ensure the school remains academically strong, financially responsible, and rooted in its Christ-centered mission. The Board is committed to upholding biblical values, establishing clear policies, and safeguarding the long-term health of the school.
Scope of Authority
Operating under the authority of the Church Elders, the School Board is responsible for governance, including policy development, financial oversight, and overall strategic direction.
The Board hires and evaluates the Head of School and ensures alignment with the mission and Statement of Faith. While the Board governs at a policy level, the Head of School is responsible for daily operations and school leadership.
Contacting the School Board
The School Board may be contacted at schoolboard@southeastcc.org.
In alignment with our commitment to biblical conflict resolution and established school procedures, families are encouraged to first follow the appropriate communication steps with teachers and school leadership. The Board serves as a higher level of review once those processes have been completed.
