PCO advocates for the students & the school, meets regularly, conducts fundraisers, coordinates school activities, and promotes a Christian community.

Room Parents
Room Parents are an essential part of our school! These individuals are dedicated to helping teachers, staff and other parents through organizing monthly teacher appreciation events, class parties, teacher and staff birthday celebrations and classroom news updates.
Care Team
The Care Team is designed to enrich, pray, and be a support system for SCS families (students, teachers, staff and/or families) who are dealing with minor injuries to major life-changing events.
The Care Team is always looking for ‘comfort’ items and gift cards to support our community in times of need. If you’d like to contribute, please drop any of the following items to Mrs. Buss in the office, or Brittnie or Nicole. It takes a village and more during times of need, we can’t do it without our amazing SCS Community! Items needed: Squishmallows, soft blankets, Devotionals, words of encouragement signs, tea, mugs, magazines, books, coloring books, gift cards to restaurants/Amazon/Target/Starbucks. Mom’s Time Out
Mom’s Time Out (MTO) is a group of moms of SCS students of all ages who desire community, connection and fellowship. Throughout each semester we will host several events including coffee meet-ups, lobby lunches, Bible/book studies, and of course, Mom’s Nights Out. Please consider joining us for a refreshing time-out from the demands of this world…we will save you a seat!

Parents In Prayer (PIP)
Parents in Prayer (PIP) is a group dedicated to lifting up weekly prayer requests from staff and students. This is a group for fun parents who love to pray! The group prays weekly in the Prayer Room (across from stairs) in the church lobby at 8:20 am on Wednesdays. Bonus: Earn 1 volunteer hour each week!

Dads in Prayer
Dads in Prayer is the SCS Men’s Prayer Group. Meets Monday in the church prayer room at 7 am.
Events
PCO is dedicated to hosting multiple events: Back To School Event, Fundraising Events (Golf Gala, Fun Run), Chili Cook Off, Father Daughter Dance, Mother Son Event, End of Year Picnic, throughout the year to support our school by fundraising and building community.
