Kindergarten or 1st Grade Classroom Aid
Job Description
The classroom aid works in close partnership with the lead teacher to support daily classroom activities and student needs. Under the guidance of the teacher, this role assists with small group instruction, reinforces classroom expectations, supports students’ social and emotional development, and helps maintain consistent routines. They will also contribute to classroom organization and preparation of materials to support effective instruction.
Qualifications
Classroom management experience preferred
Strong organizational leadership
Strong interpersonal skills
Part-time, non-exempt: $19-21/hour
6th Grade Teacher
Purpose
The teacher shall prayerfully help prepare minds and hearts to know and serve God, for His glory alone.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; ACSI certification, or the ability to acquire within 1 year of employment.
Salary: $50,000-60,000
Preschool Teacher (Part time and Full time options)
Purpose
The teacher shall prayerfully help prepare minds and hearts to know and serve God, for His glory alone.
Qualifications
- Hold a minimum of an AA degree from an accredited postsecondary institution or be willing to participate in a program to complete such a degree within a specified time period.
- Meet state requirements for an early education teacher position.
- Have completed the ACSI Principles and Practices of Christian Early Education course requirements within the first year of employment.
- Maintain current infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
- Medication and Standard Precautions
- All trainings required by the Colorado Department of Human Services, ACSI, and Douglas County Health Department
Salary: $19-23/hour
